Open Letter to Congress
In its current form, the Department of Defense is full with wasteful spending and reckless national security policies. A prime example of waste is the mass surveillance of people outside the USA and the authorization to store all data in the United States, which is unnecessary, because the 5 eyes EXCHANGE data already on many levels.
The "Five Eyes", often abbreviated as "FVEY", refer to an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement, a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence. The FVEY further expanded their surveillance capabilities, with much emphasis placed on monitoring the World Wide Web.
The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the Five Eyes as a "supra-national intelligence organisation that doesn't answer to the known laws of its own countries".
Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY have been spying on one another's citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on surveillance of citizens.
This is a reality: mind control by manipulating media like news papers, television, internet, music, facebook, creating events, or mind control by drugging individuals or groups of people. This call is also is about directed energy weapons (DEW) used to create headache, stomach pains and confuse or distract you. But mostly it is about mind reading and mind control using the most advanced (electronics, computer) technology available, combined with ancient evil practices of sorcery (Military freemasons). Mind reading and mind control combining advanced technology is reaching its final stages. Extensive research has been performed the last decades to decode what’s going on inside our heads and trying to trigger the brain with stimuli from the outside.

It is very frightening to conclude that your mind is no longer private, that others secretly can obtain your pin codes, passwords, your thoughts about innovative ideas, about other people, and that others also secretly can trigger your brain to make you act in ways that are not your own!
The only way to save the world is to stop your national secret services. Breaking laws and violating human rights in horrible ways has become a way of life. They are responsible for most problems in your neighbourhood, in your city, in your country, in the world. Make them responsible for what they are doing. Let them account for in detail, force them to open up their organizations for thorough investigations. Stop their funding if they do not co-operate. Replace directors and staff immediately by normal people for starters.
1. We must constantly recall that we are dealing with an intricate, demonic psychological phenomenon which appears to be intimately connected with intangibles of interpersonal relations. It would be foolish to expect success in a push-button sense. By its nature, however, one operation involving hypnotic influence over (say) a senior official of a foreign government could bring about war, genocide or even anything larger then contemplated by the writer of these recomendations. 2. If hypnotic control can be established over any individual or group in a clandestine operation, the operator will apparently have all the information and an extraordinary degree of influence, a control in order of magnitude beyond anything ever considered feasible in ordinary manipulation. Further, disguised induction techniques provide them either with hypnotized subjects or, should an attempt fail, leave a confused targeted individual with a lot of disinformation or disbelieve. 3. The fake side-show charlatanry which envelops hypnosis should not destort the truth of an evil psychological phenomenon, which has its roots in satanism. Many doctors and laymen still disbelieve the reality of hypnotic phenomena, sure knowledge by doctors of what they are about should lead the people into effective counter-measures. 4. The knowledge contained in the Holy Scriptures, has convinced me that the binding of Satan and the containment of Satanic forces upon this earth can be brought about more speedily if the WHOLE TRUTH concerning the existence of the continuing satanic conspiracy is made known publicly. The political community needs to be actively making legislature to abolish masonry, the church needs to be actively involved in healing and educating medical professionals, community leaders and journalists need to be actively involved in information sharing. A comprehensive approach globally is necessary. 5. Research is justified (a) to discover the inherent limitations of hypnosis (b) to develop counter-measures. No research should be authorized which is not counter-measure-oriented.
